Our community residences offer group housing with 24-hour staff supervision. Residents enjoy classes and work with staff to meet individual goals for independent living.
HEARTH — Healed, Enriched and Renewed Through Housing — offers independent living with supportive services, from daily living skills development to part-time paid employment.
We provide round-the-clock care for 26 adults, who work with staff on rehabilitative services, symptom management, daily living skills, and medication management.
