Death Certificates

The Florida Department of Health in Broward County Vital Statistics Offices are committed to providing the highest quality and most expeditious service possible in the provision of death records. There are three ways to obtain death certificates.

Apply in Person
At three convenient locations, from 8 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, except 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesdays in Pompano Beach

  • A copy of one of the following valid identifications
